QUALICASE LTD. works with multiple material suppliers to meet our customers’ requirements. We specialize in engineered materials: Nylon 6/6, ABS, Polycarbonate, Acetal, Glass-filled PBT, PC and Nylon, TPE.

Tool/Mold Building
QUALICASE LTD. does customer tool maintenance. We are in partnership with a local ISO toolmaker for mold design and build.
Equipment
We have eight computer-controlled injection plastic molding machines, all closed-loop, world-class speed, precision machines with unmatched part quality and repeatability. We have full SPC reporting.
Our machines range from 30 tons to 300 tons of clamping force.

Sample Runs
During the development of a project, we provide a sample from the new mold for no charge.
Satisfaction
We will run sample parts for your approval. You must be happy with your final product, or we will re-run them at no charge. The job isn't done until the customer is satisfied.
